After payment, we sent a confirmation email to the email of the registered participant within 24 hours after payment.
Return and Exchange Policy
The policy of return and exchange does not apply to the Pettalk 2023 event, as the product sold are online tickets to Congress, it is still possible to request a refund of the ticket or replacement of the participant, following the refund policy.
Refund Policy
If you have regretted the purchase of the ticket, you can request the total refund of the ticket price 7 days after the payment, sending an email to plasticos@markeplan.com.br, with full name, type of ticket and reason for cancellation.
Up to 30 days before the event is possible to receive a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid. After this there is no possibility of refunding, just replacement of the participant.

How to request to replace a participant
Send an email to plasticos@markeplan.com.br requesting the replacement of the participant informing the full name, type of ticket of the participant to be replaced and full name, email, phone number of the new participant.
